MAXI mini Children Parade
Children’s parade throughout Luxembourg city. This year’s theme will be “MAXI mini” or how to play with sizes by giving free rein to creativity.

Night of the Legends
Once a year, dancers, storytellers, musicians, jugglers, fire eaters, trans form Esch-sur-Sure castle in a magical and wonderful place. The program includes:
-17:00h in the village – bar, grill, music, street theater;
-19:30h in the castle – tales, theater, music, magic shows, jugglers, acrobats
-midnight in the village – fireworks.

Kids Yoga (5-9 yrs)
Yoga is a great way for kids to increase awareness of themselves, others and the world, while having fun! Yoga is a wonderful way for children to stay (or become) confident, strong, balanced and healthy. Yoga engages a child’s natural boundless energy and conveys valuable lessons in positive thinking, body and mind awareness. Each class is alive with magical journeys where we meet with animals, fly an airplane or drive a car, grow into a tree or imitate the ocean waves, all in the form of dynamic yoga poses. This class is taught in English and French by Anna Svensson.

Pre-teen Yoga (10-13 yrs)
Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate preteens’ physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence. Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques as well as self-reflection. This course will also give them some tools for dealing with their everyday tasks in a more relaxing way, make them feel empowered and more confident with their bodies, stimulate their imagination, raise their awareness on peace and treating their body gently… all the while having fun and helping them find their own way towards stillness :-). This class is taught in English but French translation is possible.

International equestrian event – “Réiser Päerdsdeeg”
This tournament that takes place every year is part of the international show jumping scene since 1992. Nowadays it attracts more than 4000 visitors. On Saturday and Sunday, besides the regular show jumping there will be plenty of activities for your little ones- check out the website for details!

Bee Trail – Kids Learn Why Bees Are Awesome

Energy Kid’s Day
You want your kid to learn about different forms of energy: sun, water, wind, vapour, electricity? Then this event is for you! Entertainments will take place in the old electric station Hall Paul Wurth . And in the train station Fond-de-Gras they will get to know how the steam locomotive works! They will also be able to mining train Minièresbunn from Fond-de-Gras to Lasauvage . Last but not least you will be able to take the Train 1900 (steam and rail trains) from Pétange to le Fond-de-Gras.

International Rowing Race “Wäistrooss” from Remich to port of Schwebsingen,. A 5000 m long rowing race, departing in Remich-Esplanade from Moselle-km 232,7 to port of Schwebsingen km 237,7. The race is mixed and open to all classes, from skiff (1 rower) up to rowing-eight with cox. The handicap-modus will launch the strongest boat as last in a catch-up race, where at the arrival the first boat will be the winner. First departure is at 11:09 am and arrival will be around 12:00 pm.
